A quick idea of what arrives

Change the amount, currency and delivery method to see how each choice changes the fee, the delivered amount and the arrival time.

How our rate is set

This page explains, in plain words, where the reference rate comes from, how often it refreshes, what margin Astha applies, and whether a rate is held while you complete a transfer.

Transfers are made in the Astha app, not on this website.

2.5%Government incentive

Money sent through a registered channel earns the government incentive

Bangladesh has paid a cash incentive on inward remittance since 2019 — raised to 2.5% in January 2022 — and it applies to money delivered into bank accounts and licensed mobile wallets, provided the transfer arrives through an officially registered channel. Informal channels do not qualify.

Government policy, not an Astha offer. The figure and its conditions are set by Bangladesh Bank and can change.
